Scotland

The paintings in this section were painted during a two year period of residency on the Isle of Skye at Bernisdale. These include images from around Dunvegan and Sligachan as well as areas closer by at Tote and Borneskitaig near Uig. Although it would be easy to pick up on the obvious panoramas and general splendour you get on Skye and Uist, it was the smaller bleaker elements which caught my eye. The odd house here and tree there etc which seemed to say just as much to me.
